Dot Com Zambia PLC (DCZ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Chilufya Kangwa as Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO), effective 17 November 2025.

Ms. Kangwa is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), and a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA). She brings over a decade of senior leadership experience across finance, governance, and operations, having served with leading organizations including Lupiya Financial Services, Yalelo Limited, Africonnect Zambia Limited (Vodacom Group), Kukula Capital, KPMG, and Ernst & Young.

She is also the Founder and Managing Director of Back Office Solutions Limited, a firm that has supported the growth and financial governance of numerous SMEs in Zambia. Through this role, Ms. Kangwa has been instrumental in developing Dot Com Zambia's financial systems, governance structures, and compliance processes over the years.

As CFOO, Ms. Kangwa will oversee DCZ's daily operations, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and alignment with the company's strategic priorities. Her appointment allows Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Mawano Kambeu, to focus more closely on corporate strategy as the company prepares for its forthcoming public listing on the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE).

Ms. Kangwa's appointment represents an exciting new chapter in Dot Com Zambia's growth journey. Her leadership will be instrumental in advancing operational excellence, strengthening corporate governance, and delivering long-term value for our clients and stakeholders.
