Lusaka, Zambia, 12 October 2026. The Board of Directors of Dot Com Zambia Plc (“DCZM” or the “Company”) wishes to advise shareholders that at a board meeting on 24 September 2026 the Board approved an interim dividend of ZMW 0.20 per share for the period 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026.
In accordance with the requirements of the Securities Act No. 41 of 2016 of the Laws of Zambia and the Listings Rules of the Lusaka Securities Exchange, notice is hereby given that the interim dividend shall be payable to shareholders registered in the Company's books at the close of business on Friday, 13 November 2026, being the record date.
Share trading on the LuSE operates on a 3-day rolling settlement period. The last date to trade and qualify for the announced dividend is therefore Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
