Livingstone, Zambia, 2 October 2026. Dot Com Zambia PLC (DCZM) has been awarded Equity Deal of the Year at the Zambia Capital Markets Conference and Awards (ZCMCA) 2026. The award was presented at the gala dinner held at the Avani Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone.
The award recognises the Company's Initial Public Offering in December 2025 and its listing on the Lusaka Securities Exchange Alternative Market (LuSE Alt-M). DCZM is the first technology company, and the first company overall, to list on the LuSE Alt-M, a milestone for Zambia's capital markets.
The gala dinner concluded the ZCMCA conference, held under the theme “Capital Markets 2030: Mobilising Investments for Economic Transformation and Sustainable Growth.” The conference brought together market participants, regulators, investors and issuers for deep and insightful conversations on how capital markets can drive economic transformation and sustainable growth.
